... an original Tyrolean sauna - a traditional sauna! - Hot and intensive. You will sweat fast and then you have to jump into cold water and then relax on our special couches. This is an exchange of hot and cold.

All of you who want to do your body good but in a calmer way can use the steam bath. You start sweating due to pure warmth. At 65 degrees this will take about 20 minutes. However, due to the slow heating of your body you will purify very calmly. This is the right place if the traditional sauna is too hot for you. Another possibility is the Laconium (as the Romans called it). There the process of purifying takes about an hour. You body will tell you if you should have a cold or warm shower after sweating.

However, you will always feel the revitalising effect. Do not forget to start showering the outer parts of your body first and then move into the direction of your heart. Thus your blood circulation system gets accelerated. You can forget stress for a time.
